These terms apply to your use of mythicposters.shop and any purchase you make. This site is operated by Mythic Posters. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We try to keep descriptions and images accurate, but colours may vary slightly between screens and prints. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders, with a full refund.

2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation or, for digital products, when your download link is delivered. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud, and will refund you if we do.

3. Discounts
Discounts such as multi-poster offers apply to eligible products only, can’t be combined with other offers unless stated, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Digital products are excluded from discounts.

4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We don’t store your card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds
These are covered in our Shipping policy and Refund and returns policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property
All artwork, images, text and designs on this site are owned by or licensed to Mythic Posters. When you buy a poster, you own that physical print. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use our artwork for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Digital products licence
Digital products are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on your own devices. You may not share, redistribute, resell, upload or publish the files.

8. AI-assisted artwork
Some of our artwork is created using AI tools and edited by us. [Optional but recommended for transparency.]

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t be excluded.

10. Privacy
See our Privacy policy for how we handle your information.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you order applies to that order.
